The process begins with understanding the client’s idea—reference images, design sketches, stone details, metal preference, size, and budget. A detailed design brief is created before starting CAD to ensure accuracy.

Using professional software like Rhinoceros, Matrix or matrix gold a 3D digital model of the jewellery is created. Precise dimensions, prong placements, stone seats, and technical tolerances are applied at this stage.

The model is reviewed for manufacturability—checking metal flow, casting weight, wall thickness, shrinkage allowance, stone security, and comfort of wear. Adjustments are made to ensure structural strength and production feasibility.

Photo-realistic CAD renders are generated to show the design from multiple angles. These renders allow the client to visualize the final product before production. Revisions are done if required.

Once approved, the CAD file moves to production. Output includes: STL file for 3D printing, weight estimation, stone layout report, and technical specifications to ensure error-free manufacturing.
