Product Return Policy

I. Eligibility:

  • Réia products once returned under the 7-day policy:
  • Inspection: The returned product will be inspected by authorized personnel at the Réia warehouse/authorized personnel at Réia shop-in-shop/flagship store. A 100% refund will be initiated only if the product is received in a good saleable condition and meets Réia’s satisfaction, except in cases of a manufacturing defect as determined by Réia.

Good Saleable Condition Criteria:

  • Physical Condition: Free from visible damage, scratches, dents, or deformities beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Completeness: All components (stones, settings, clasps, etc.) should be intact.
  • Cleanliness: The product should be clean, free of significant stains, marks, or discoloration.
  • No Alterations or Modifications: The product must not have been altered or repaired by third parties unless authorized by Réia.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Products must be returned within 7 days for a manufacturing defect to avail the product return benefits.

Exclusions from Manufacturing Defects:

  • Discoloration due to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Prongs and precious metals showing wear over time.
  • Bent, caught, or worn-out prongs that lead to stone loss due to normal wear.
  • Lost or chipped stones due to normal wear.

Warranty Voided if:

  • The product has been worked on or repaired by unauthorized parties.
  • The product is not manufactured by Réia.

II. Non-Eligibility:

  • Exchanged Products: Products exchanged once under the 7-day Exchange Policy cannot be returned again, except for Lifetime Exchange.
  • Special or Custom Orders: Final sale, not eligible for return.
  • Engraved, Personalized, or Customized Products: Not eligible for return.
  • Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are not refundable.

Rejection of Return: If the product is tampered with, damaged, or is not in good saleable condition, Réia has the right to recover damages and refuse the return. The product will be returned to the customer in its original state.

III. Requirements for Return:
The customer must return all the following items:

  • Product
  • Invoice copy (digital copy accepted)
  • Product boxes and packaging (in saleable condition)
  • Certificate of Authenticity (if available)

V. Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Store Credit).
  • Online Bank Transfer: Refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account within 21 business days, subject to approval by Réia personnel.
  • Payments will be made through RTGS or NEFT only.
  • Refunds will be made to the person/entity mentioned on the invoice, provided they have valid photo ID and a certificate of authenticity.

VI. Quantum of Refund:

  • If the return is accepted, 100% of the invoice value will be refunded to the original payment source, excluding any applicable discounts at the time.
  • Réia reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Resolution Process: In the event of any disputes regarding the return process, both parties agree to resolve the issue through mutual discussions. If this is unsuccessful, the matter will be submitted to mediation or arbitration according to Indian law, with jurisdiction in Bangalore.
