Product Return Policy
I. Eligibility:
• Réia products once returned under the 7-day policy
o For in-store purchase: Date of Invoice
o For online purchase: Date of Delivery
Will be refunded 100 % of the value** per your payment source such as Credit
Card / Debit Card / Net banking / Store credit
• Product returned would be inspected by authorized personnel at Réia warehouse
/ authorised personnel at Reia shop in shop / flagship store and a 100% refund
would be initiated only in case the product is received back in a good saleable,
marketable condition and is up to satisfaction of Réia, except in case of a
manufacturing defect to be determined by Réia
• Good Saleable, marketable condition is as follows:
• Good saleable, marketable condition refers to the returned Réia product being
in a state fit for resale or reuse without significant alterations or impairments.
The product should exhibit the following characteristics:
o Physical Condition: Free from visible damage, scratches, dents, or
deformities beyond normal wear and tear.
o Completeness: All components and parts, including stones, settings,
clasps, or any attached elements, should be intact and in their original
condition.o Cleanliness: The product should be clean and devoid of significant stains,
marks, or discoloration.
o Free from Alterations or Modifications: The product should not have
undergone any alterations, repairs, or modifications by third parties other
than authorized personnel, unless explicitly permitted by Réia's policies.
• The customer must bring the product back to Réia within 7 days in case a
manufacturing defect is found to avail the product return policy benefits
• Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered
manufacturing defects include:
o Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot
tubs or bathing
o Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require
“building up” or restoration work as normal wear
o Bent, caught or worn-out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost
due to normal wear or other damage
o Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by
normal wear or other damage
• Your warranty is void if:
o Réia determines that the product has been worked on or repaired by any
party other than Réia’s authorised Karigars
o If the product forwarded to Réia is not manufactured by RéiaII. Non-Eligibility:
• On orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 7 Day Exchange Policy –
You can exchange your design within 7 days for the full value only once. If you
wish to exchange the product the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime
Exchange
• Special orders / custom order are final sale and are not eligible for return
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• On products that have been engraved or personalized or customized
• Terms of rejection of return: If the product has been found to be tampered with
resulting in the product not being in a good saleable, marketable condition and is not
up to satisfaction of Re ia, then Re ia has the right to recover the cost of damages and
associated costs from the customer during the time of return / or refuse to accept
the return, in which case, the said Product shall be delivered to the said customer in
the original state. Re ia shall bear no further liability towards the said Product, in
case the return is rejected by Re iaIII. Requirements for the return:
Customer must return all contents of the package to Réia–
• Product
• Invoice copy (digital copy accepted)
The following items are to be returned if available:
• Product boxes
• Packaging (in marketable and saleable condition)
• Certificate of Authenticity***
***In case the customer is not able to produce the original certificate, the company will
send the jewellery for recertification. Any impending shipping and certification cost that
come from this exercise will be borne by the customerIV. Procedure for return:
a) Online return:
To request for return of the product under the product return policy one should follow
the steps mentioned below:
• Submit an e-mail to official@reia.diamonds for refund available in the Reia
website
• Basis the call back from our care executive, e-mail the care executive with
request for product return and pick up locations
• Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail
from us for the same
• Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate
• Please collect an acknowledgement for the item being picked up (pickup receipt
on paper / photo of tracking number)
b) Offline return:
• Customer to provide all necessary documents as mentioned above to the
authorised Reia dealer
• Reia personnel to inspect product and verify certificate. On completion Reia
personnel to provide customer confirmation that product has been received in
good condition
• Customer to use confirmation for new purchase / refund request
• Refund request to be processed by Reia personnelV. Timeline for refund of return:
• The payment source (Credit Card /Debit Card / Net banking / Store credit) of the
Customer will be re-credited with the refund amount by Réia
• In case of a refund on product returns, the payment of the refund amount shall be
done via online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 21 business
days of receipt of the product upon approval by Réia authorised personnel
• All payments for the refund by the Company will be made through RTGS or NEFT
only.
• Payments shall be made only to the person/entity mentioned in the invoice issued
by the Retailer and carrying a valid Government Issue photo ID and valid
Certificate of the good.
VI. Quantum of refund: ***
• Where the return has been accepted by Réia, 100% of the invoice value shall be
refunded to the customer to the source account net of any discounts prevailing at
that time
• We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it
frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their
posting on the websiteDispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising between Re ia and the customer concerning the
assessment of the returned product, refund processing, or any other matter related to
this return policy, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through
mutual discussion and negotiation. Should an amicable resolution not be achieved, both
parties agree to submit the matter to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the
laws of India, as per the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore. Both parties
consent to resolve any disputes in good faith through these alternative dispute
resolution mechanisms rather than resorting to litigation.
