Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery

Reia's lab-grown diamond jewellery is every piece we make in one place: rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, mangalsutras, nose pins and men's jewellery, all set with laboratory-grown diamonds in BIS-hallmarked 14KT or 18KT yellow, white and rose gold. It is a modern lab-grown diamond jewellery collection built for everyday wear, gifting and the big moments, with white diamonds held to Reia's EF colour and VVS clarity house standard. In-stock pieces typically ship within five working days, while made-to-order designs follow their applicable production timeline.

What's in Reia's Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Collection

Fine jewellery is jewellery made in precious metal and set with genuine gemstones, built to be worn for years rather than a season. Everything here meets that definition: real diamonds, real gold, and nothing plated over base metal.

Every piece is diamond-set and made in gold. There is no silver, no platinum and no simulant stone anywhere in the collection. What changes from piece to piece is where it's worn, how much diamond it carries, and how often you'll reach for it.

Four ways the collection breaks down:

  • Everyday pieces: studs, slim bands, small pendants, nose pins and fine bracelets you forget you're wearing

  • Occasion pieces: statement earrings, layered necklaces, cocktail rings and tennis bracelets for weddings and evenings out

  • Milestone pieces: engagement rings, wedding bands, eternity bands and mangalsutras that mark a moment

  • Colour pieces: the Chromatique collection, with pink, blue, yellow and green laboratory-grown diamonds

Diamonds are mostly round brilliant, with oval, pear, emerald, marquise, princess, cushion, radiant, Asscher and heart cuts, wherever the design is built around the shape. Use the filters above to narrow by category, gold colour, shape or budget.

Shop Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery Designs by Category

Lab-grown diamond rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets make up most of the collection. Each category wears differently, so choose by how the piece will live on you, not only by how it looks in a photograph.

Rings

The largest category and the one Reia is built around: solitaires, halos, three-stone designs, wedding bands, eternity bands and cocktail rings. Rings take more knocks than any other jewellery, so setting height matters: a low-set or bezel-set stone survives keyboards, gym bars and kitchen work far better than a tall prong setting. Most rings can be resized; full eternity bands generally cannot. Start with the engagement ring collection.

Earrings

Studs, huggies, hoops, drops and ear cuffs. Studs and huggies are the easiest everyday choice because they sit close and catch on nothing. Drops and chandeliers carry more diamond weight and movement, so check the gross weight before you buy: anything heavy pulls on the lobe over a full day. Screw-back or lever-back closures are worth it for anything you'll wear often.

Pendants and necklaces

Solitaire pendants, initial and everyday pendants, tennis necklaces and line solitaire necklaces. A pendant is the most versatile diamond gift because it has no size to get wrong. Check the chain length: around 16 inches sits at the collarbone, 18 inches just below it, and the longer lengths are for layering.

Bracelets and bangles

Tennis bracelets, charm bracelets and diamond-set bangles. The wrist moves more than any other body part you wear jewellery on, so bracelets take real wear. A tennis bracelet needs a secure box clasp with a safety catch, and a bangle has to clear your knuckles, so measure your hand, not your wrist.

Mangalsutras

Contemporary mangalsutras that keep the black-bead tradition in a lighter, diamond-set form, you can wear with office clothes as easily as with a saree. Shorter lengths suit daily wear; longer, fuller designs suit ceremonies.

Nose pins

Small, single-diamond or cluster designs are one of the most affordable ways into diamond jewellery. Screw-back and L-shaped fittings are the most secure for everyday wear.

Men's jewellery

Bands, signet-style rings, studs and engagement rings, mostly flat or flush-set, so nothing snags. Any design in the collection can be worn by anyone; what matters is width, weight and how the piece sits, not the heading it's filed under.

How to Choose Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery

Three questions matter more than any style name: how often you'll wear it, what it has to sit next to, and what you want to spend.

Which gold colour and purity?

Three colours, all BIS-hallmarked: yellow, white and rose, in 14KT or 18KT depending on the design.

  • Yellow gold is the traditional Indian choice, warm on most skin tones and the easiest to match with gold you already own.

  • White gold keeps near-colourless diamonds looking bright and cohesive. It's rhodium-plated, and that plating is refreshed periodically as normal care.

  • Rose gold has a softer, warmer tone and works well as the odd one out in a mixed stack.

14KT is harder and more scratch-resistant, which suits rings and bracelets worn daily. 18KT has a richer colour and a higher gold content. If you already wear a lot of one colour, match it.

Lab-grown diamond jewellery for women: everyday or occasion?

For pieces you'll wear every day, choose low profiles, secure closures and smaller stones: studs, huggies, a solitaire pendant, a slim band. For occasion wear, go for movement and size: drops, tennis necklaces, cocktail rings. The best lab-grown diamond jewellery designs for women are usually the ones that move between both, like a tennis bracelet that works with a kurta on Monday and a lehenga on Saturday.

Affordable lab-grown diamond jewellery in India: shopping by budget

Use the price filter above. The collection runs across four bands:

Buying as a gift

Pendants, studs and bracelets are the safest gifts because size is rarely a problem. Rings are the riskiest: if you can't find out the size quietly, choose a design that can be resized, and keep the receipt. Reia's [gifting collection] groups pieces by occasion and by who you're buying for.

Getting the size right

Rings and bangles are the only pieces where size decides whether it gets worn. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are largest, on the exact finger or hand the piece will live on. The size guide walks through measuring at home.

Why Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Is Changing Fine Jewellery in India

A laboratory-grown diamond is a diamond grown in a controlled environment rather than mined. It is the same material: carbon in the same crystal structure, 10 on the Mohs hardness scale, with the same optical and physical properties, graded by the same independent laboratories. It is not a simulant. Cubic zirconia and moissanite are different materials entirely.

Three things follow for jewellery you'll actually wear:

  • It lasts like a diamond, because it is one. Earrings, rings and bracelets come into daily contact. Diamond hardness is what keeps the stones bright through the years.

  • More diamonds for the budget. Laboratory-grown diamonds generally cost considerably less than mined stones of comparable size and grade. That's what puts tennis bracelets, eternity bands and larger studs within reach. It's a market observation, not a guarantee; prices move with size, grade and supply.

  • Matching is easier. A tennis necklace or a pair of studs needs stones that match each other closely in colour, clarity and size. That consistency is part of why Reia can hold its white diamonds to one house standard across the collection.

On the environment, some honesty is due. Laboratory-grown diamonds need no mining, but growing them is energy-intensive, and the real footprint depends on how the facility is powered. No one in this industry can credibly claim zero impact, and Reia doesn't.

Premium Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery Online: Reading the Quality

Premium means the same thing online as in-store: the grade of the diamonds, the purity of the gold and the paperwork that proves both.

The 4Cs

What it means in Jewellery

Cut

The most important C for jewellery. In small stones, the cut decides whether a pavé row or a tennis line reads as continuous light or as dull dots

Colour

Reia’s standard for while diamonds is EF, the near-colourless top of the scale. In white gold, it keeps the piece clean; in yellow gold, it stops the stones from picking up a warm cast. Chromatique coloured diamonds are graded for colour differently.

Clarity

Reia’s standard is VVS. At jewellery sizes, VVS inclusions are invisible without magnification.

Carat

In a multi-stone piece, this is the total weight across all stones. Two pieces of identical total weight can look completely different depending on how the stones are arranged.

Certification: every Reia piece ships with its jewellery certificate, and every gold setting is BIS-hallmarked for purity. Diamonds are IGI or SDI certified. IGI still issues full 4Cs reports for laboratory-grown diamonds, which makes like-for-like comparison straightforward. Small accent stones in pavé and channel settings are not individually certified; that's standard across fine jewellery, and it's why the house colour and clarity standard matters.

Pricing: diamonds are priced at a flat ₹35,000 per carat, scaling in a straight line. A 0.50-carat diamond is ₹17,500, a 1.0-carat diamond is ₹35,000, and a 2.0-carat diamond is ₹70,000. There are no price jumps at round-number weights and no per-stone surprises. The final price of a piece adds gold weight and making charges to the diamond value.

Custom Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery

If you can't find it in the collection, Reia can make it, as long as it's laboratory-grown diamonds in gold.

What you can specify:

  • Gold colour and purity: yellow, white or rose, 14KT or 18KT

  • Diamond shape, colour and total carat weight

  • Setting style: prong, bezel, pavé, channel, flush

  • Size, length, width and finish

  • A piece designed to match or sit beside one you already own

  • Engraving and personalisation

How it runs: share a reference, a Pinterest screenshot or a sketch. For approved designs, the team discusses direction and pricing, creates a free 3D visual for your review and, where applicable, a wax model for the ring, so you can check fit before production. Nothing is made until you've approved the design and confirmed the size, and you get an expected delivery date before you order. Book an appointment for your next customisation.

Photographs can't show how a pair of drops moves or how heavy a bracelet feels at the end of the day. Trying pieces on changes the answer more often than people expect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.1 What is lab-grown diamond jewellery?

Jewellery set with diamonds grown in a controlled environment rather than mined. The diamonds are chemically and structurally identical to mined diamonds and graded on the same scale. Every Reia piece is set in BIS-hallmarked 14KT or 18KT gold, with white diamonds held to an EF-colour, VVS-clarity standard.

Q.2 Are laboratory-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. They are carbon in the same crystal structure as mined diamonds, with the same hardness of 10 on the Mohs scale and the same sparkle. Cubic zirconia and moissanite are simulants, different materials that only look similar.

Q.3 How do I buy lab-grown diamond jewellery online in India?

Browse and filter the collection above, check the gold, diamond weight and certificate details on each product page, and order online with prepaid or Cash on Delivery. In-stock pieces ship within five working days with tracking. If you'd like to see a piece first, book a video call or visit a store.

Q.4 What are the best lab-grown diamond jewellery designs for women?

The most-worn pieces are usually the simplest: solitaire studs, a solitaire pendant, a half-eternity band and a tennis bracelet. They work every day and at occasions. Build from one of those, then add statement pieces.

Q.5 Is lab-grown diamond jewellery affordable in India?

Laboratory-grown diamonds generally cost considerably less than mined diamonds of comparable size and grade. Reia prices diamonds at a flat ₹35,000 per carat, and pieces start under ₹25,000, with nose pins, studs and small pendants the most accessible.

Q.6 Will lab-grown diamond jewellery last for everyday wear?

Yes. The diamonds have the same hardness as mined diamonds. The setting matters as much as the stone: low-profile and bezel settings catch less than tall prongs, and secure clasps matter on earrings and bracelets.

Q.7 What certificate comes with Reia jewellery?

Every piece ships with its jewellery certificate, and the gold carries a BIS hallmark confirming purity. Diamonds are IGI or SDI certified. Small accent stones aren't individually certified, which is standard in fine jewellery.

Q.8 Can I customise a piece from the collection?

Yes. Gold colour and purity, diamond shape and carat weight, setting, size and finish can all be specified, and engraving is available. You approve a free 3D visual before anything is made. Personalised pieces fall outside the 15-day return window.

Q.9 Can I return or exchange lab-grown diamond jewellery bought online?

In-stock items can be returned within 15 days in unused condition, with a 5% deduction. For life, Reia gives 100% of the diamond value on exchange and 70% on buyback, with gold valued at prevailing rates.

Q.10 How should I care for diamond jewellery?

Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush bring back the sparkle; the dulling is almost always skin oil and lotion, not the diamond. Take pieces off for the gym and household chemicals, and store them separately so they don't scratch each other. White gold is re-plated periodically.
